Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Karr Motor Ventures Pvt. Ltd., we are committed to providing a transparent and customer-friendly vehicle booking process. This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the terms applicable to vehicle bookings made through our dealership or official website.

1. Vehicle Booking

• A vehicle booking is confirmed only upon receipt of the applicable booking amount and issuance of a booking acknowledgement by the Company.

• Booking of a vehicle is subject to availability, allocation by the manufacturer, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

2. Customer-Initiated Cancellation

• Customers may request cancellation of their vehicle booking by submitting a written request via email or by visiting the dealership where the booking was made.

• The cancellation request should include the booking reference number, customer's name, registered mobile number, and reason for cancellation.

• The Company reserves the right to verify the identity of the applicant before processing the cancellation.

3. Refund of Booking Amount

• Upon approval of the cancellation request, the booking amount shall be refunded after deducting any applicable cancellation charges, if any, as communicated at the time of booking.

• Refunds will generally be processed within 7 to 15 working days from the date of approval of the cancellation request.

• Refunds will be made through the same mode of payment used for the original booking or through bank transfer to the customer's registered bank account, as applicable.

• Any bank charges, payment gateway charges, or statutory deductions, where applicable, may be deducted from the refundable amount.

4. Non-Refundable Amounts

The following amounts, if incurred, may not be refundable:

• Charges paid towards vehicle registration.

• Road tax, insurance premium, Fastag charges, accessories already fitted or ordered specifically for the customer.

• Extended warranty, maintenance packages, or other value-added services already activated.

• Any other statutory or third-party charges already paid on behalf of the customer.

5. Cancellation by the Company

The Company reserves the right to cancel a booking under circumstances including but not limited to:

• Non-availability or discontinuation of the selected vehicle variant.

• Incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

• Failure to complete documentation or payment within the stipulated timeline.

• Any event beyond the Company's reasonable control, including force majeure events.

In such cases, the refundable booking amount, if applicable, shall be refunded without unreasonable delay.

6. Change of Vehicle Model or Variant

A request to change the booked vehicle model, variant, or colour shall be subject to availability and manufacturer allocation. Such requests may result in revised delivery timelines or pricing based on the prevailing ex-showroom price and applicable taxes at the time of invoicing.

7. Delivery Delay

Estimated delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to manufacturing schedules, logistics, regulatory approvals, or other unforeseen circumstances. Such delays shall not automatically entitle the customer to cancellation compensation unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Cancellation & Refund Policy shall be governed by the laws of India. The courts having jurisdiction over the registered office of Karr Motor Ventures Pvt Ltd shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

9. Policy Updates

The Company reserves the right to amend or modify this Cancellation & Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. The latest version published on the Company's official website shall prevail.
